| French Farmhouse Table - Cherry on cherry |
The history of this fabulous cherry table is written all over it. It must have been in a french family who sat around discussing life, love and of course food! It has been lovingly polished and the burnished colour of the cherrywood just shines through.
Its top has repairs, done ages ago in a time when we repaired what we had and which gives it the character to make it the heart of the kitchen. It will seat 3 or 4 down each side, and one at either end, if you have benches you could seat even more. The other advantage of this is that it is nice and wide, so you can put your serving dishes down the middle.
